6. License to Tattoo AI Design

NSFW (Not Safe For Work) materials of any kind—especially involving minors—are strictly prohibited on our platform.

You will also receive 1 month of Credits, usable for specific functionalities or resources. Any new payment will automatically extend the duration of your Premium Access and Credits by the corresponding period associated with the new payment.

13. Refunds

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Tattoo AI Design may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in specific circumstances.

14. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately.

15. Termination by Tattoo AI Design

• Tattoo AI Design may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

16. Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate, and you must cease all use of the Service. Any accrued rights or obligations, including those related to payment and intellectual property, will survive termination.
